Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

TME Brand Marketing LLC ("TME," "we," "us") builds websites for therapy practices and works on their search visibility. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We have tried to write this in plain language rather than the usual wall of legal text. If something is unclear, email us at studio@tmebrandmarketing.com and we will explain it.

The short version

We never access your clients' health information. We build websites and work on search visibility. We do not have access to your practice management system, your session notes, your intake records, or your client list. None of that is in scope for what we do, and we do not ask for it.

If a project would ever require access to protected health information, we would stop and address that separately before proceeding.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form

Your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We use this to respond to you and to keep track of the conversation.

Please do not include any client details or health information in that form. It is a standard website contact form, not a secure clinical channel.

When you use our free website scan

The scan takes the website address you enter and analyzes it. To do that, we send the address to Google's PageSpeed Insights service and to Anthropic's Claude API, which produces the plain-language summary you see.

We log the website addresses that get scanned so we can see how the tool is being used. We do not ask for your email address to run a scan, and we do not require you to create an account.

When you browse this site

We use Google Analytics, which collects standard information about visits: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and we use it to understand what people find useful.

We also use Google Search Console, which shows us which search terms bring people here. That data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

When you join our email list

Your email address and name, stored in Flodesk, our email provider. We use it to send you the things you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor those immediately.

What we do not collect

  • Protected health information of any kind
  • Payment card details (our payment processor handles those; we never see full card numbers)
  • Social security numbers or government identification
  • Anything from your practice management system, EHR, or client records

Cookies

This site uses cookies for two things: making the site work properly, and Google Analytics.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect how the site works for you.

We do not run advertising pixels on this site and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to operate the business:

  • Google for Analytics, Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, and Workspace email
  • Anthropic for the Claude API that generates the plain-language scan results
  • Vercel, which hosts the scan tool
  • Flodesk, our email provider
  • Our website host, which stores this site's files

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it receives.

We may also disclose information if legally required to, which has never happened and we hope it stays that way.

How we use AI

We use AI tools in our work, and we are specific about it. Research, drafting, analyzing search data, and interpreting analytics.

We never put client information, confidential business details, or anything from a therapy practice's records into an AI tool. Nothing we produce publishes without a person reading every line of it first.

The full explanation is here.

How long we keep things

Contact form submissions and email correspondence: as long as we are in touch, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.

Email list subscribers: until you unsubscribe. We periodically remove addresses that have been inactive for a long time.

Website scan logs: indefinitely, in aggregate. These are website addresses, not personal information.

Analytics: according to Google's standard retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop emailing you

Email studio@tmebrandmarketing.com and we will take care of it. We do not require a formal process and we will not make it difficult.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We will honor those requests regardless of where you are.

Security

We use encrypted connections, secured accounts, and two-factor authentication where available. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you.

Children

This site is for therapy practice owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For significant changes we will say so in an email.
