What we are

A boutique marketing studio that builds websites for mental health therapy practices and keeps those websites visible on Google and AI search. We work with therapy practices only.

Formerly known as

The Mom Empire. We changed the name and narrowed the focus when we moved to serving therapy practices exclusively.

Structure and location

A limited liability company organized in Tennessee. We are a remote studio and work with practices across the United States.

Service area

Nationwide. We build for local practices, telehealth practices operating across a state, and practices serving clients in multiple states. A physical office is not required.

Size

Three core team members plus a rotating group of part-time contractors.

How the work is structured

1. The StandOut Practice Plan

Strategy before design. Messaging, brand voice and archetype, keyword research from real search behavior, and a page-by-page structure built to rank and convert.

2. The Google GlowUp Build

The plan becomes a website. Every page written and designed, SEO built into the structure rather than bolted on, Google Business Profile set up. Priced by practice size. The work is the same whether you are starting from a blank domain or an existing site, because the strategy underneath is the real work.

3. SEO and AIO Maintenance

Monthly, ongoing. Content, technical fixes, Google Business Profile activity, and tracking search and AI changes as they happen. Billed monthly with no annual commitment.

You own everything

The site, the files, the domain, the hosting logins, the content. From day one, and you keep it if you leave. No release fee, no leverage. Why we are particular about this.

Plain language

We translate the technical parts rather than hiding behind them. Domains, hosting, and SEO explained without jargon.

We only know one industry

We already understand superbills, why you cannot ask a client for a testimonial, and what your licensing board will and will not allow. You will not spend three calls explaining your field.

We will tell you not to hire us

If moving off your current platform would hurt your visibility, if you do not need a phase, or if we are not the right fit, we say so.

Priced by practice size and quoted up front after a call. Not a fixed public rate, because a solo practice and a twelve-clinician group are genuinely different projects.

Maintenance

A recurring monthly plan. Cancellable, no annual contract.

Payment plans

Available on request. We would rather you be out living your life than white-knuckling a payment schedule.

The free website scan

Free, with no email required and no call. It tells you what it finds, and if your site is healthy it says so. Run it here.

How we handle data and AI

Client health information

We never access it. Not your practice management system, not session notes, not intake records, not your client list. None of it is in scope for what we do. How we think about HIPAA and your website.

AI

We use it for research, drafting, search data analysis, and interpreting analytics. Never with client information or confidential business details, and nothing publishes without a person reading every line. The full explanation.

Our position on other platforms

Squarespace and Wix

Genuinely good, and we recommend them regularly. You build and control your own site, you can export your content, and your domain stays yours. A real answer for a practice that wants to DIY something solid.

Brighter Vision and TherapySites

A different arrangement. You rent access to a template their team maintains, at roughly $99 to $349 a month, and the design does not become yours. We are not enthusiastic about them and we explain why in detail. Our full review.

Google Ads

We do not run them and we do not claim expertise in them. If ads are what you need, we are not your people.

Common questions

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody honestly can. We build properly and report on what actually happens. Anyone promising a specific position on Google is not being straight with you.

How long until a site ranks?

Usually three to six months for meaningful movement, longer in a competitive metro.

Do I have to write my own content?

No. We write it in your voice and you review it before it goes live.

What happens if I leave?

You take everything. No exit fee, no negotiation.
