Day 1: Data Collection & Setup

We kick things off by gathering everything we need to build your online presence. We will schedule a set timeframe for both of us to be available to exchange verification codes, logins, and access information.
  • Photos & branding materials
  • Domain & hosting setup
  • Verification codes for Google My Business & other platforms
  • Any must-have content for your website

Day 2: Homepage Mock-Up

We design your homepage so you can see the vision for your site before we build it. Think of it as your practice’s online first impression—bold, professional, and uniquely you.

Days 3-5: Website Build - WordPress and Wix only.

We bring your website to life! Your site will be beautifully designed, fully functional, and optimized to attract your ideal clients. Build includes 6-pages plus a blog (Home, About, 3 Service Pages, Contact, Blog). 

Day 6: Review & Revisions

Your first look at your new website! We walk through everything together and make any needed tweaks to ensure it’s exactly how you want it.

Day 7: SEO Buildup (Making it readable for Google)

What’s a great website if no one can find it? We optimize your site for search engines so your practice ranks higher in local searches and gets found by the right people.

Day 8: Google Business Boost

We update and optimize your  Google My Business listing to increase visibility and attract more potential clients. We also connect your website to Google Search Console.

Day 9: Quality Control & Testing

We comb through your website to test links, buttons, forms, and make sure everything looks great on desktop and mobile. We also make final edits to content, ensuring your site is polished, fully responsive, and ready for launch.

Day 10: Launch Day!

We test your website, check all links, review mobile responsiveness, and ensure everything is polished and flawless.

Then it’s go time! We officially launch your website and send you:
