This mom of 3 started TME (The Mom Empire) as a way to make marketing services accessible to women starting their businesses from home. She has watched it grow to be an industry competitor for creating impactful marketing strategies for female personal brands. Jennifer specializes in marketing strategy (Web2/Web3) and web design. In her spare time, she reads strategy books (nerd alert) and kickboxes.
Alyssa Truesdell
COO, Partner, Brand Lead
Alyssa is the driver of our work culture focused on providing opportunity and support for flex scheduling and work-life balance. With a background in design and a keen eye for detail, Alyssa is in charge of making brands look good and promoting consistency for those brands online. This mom of 2 is an avid reader, estate sale shopper, and the teams biggest cheerleader.

Melissa is our champion for shopping small, shopping local, motherhood, breastfeeding, and mental health in the workplace. She is our lead designer for social media content and knows how to tell stories that resonate. She spends her free time chasing the cutest curly-haired boy toddler and also runs a small Etsy shop showcasing handmade items.
