With a background in interior design along with a keen eye for detail, Alyssa is in charge of making brands cohesive as well as promoting brand consistency across the clients online presence.
However, sometimes finding one’s place can be a serendipitous journey. For Alyssa, her path took shape through a fortuitous connection and an existing background in social media design.
Alyssa started with TME Brand Marketing when Jennifer was completing projects for Alyssa’s stepdad, Scott. He knew that Jennifer needed an additional designer and knew that Alyssa possessed relevant experience from her previous work in real estate, particularly in social media design. A fortuitous introduction and a shared passion for the craft laid the groundwork for Alyssa’s entry onto the team.
A spark was ignited during Alyssa’s college years when she took Marketing 101. Although she would have loved to switch majors, and get a marketing degree instead, the timing wasn’t ideal as a college junior. Nonetheless, that initial spark remained, and her passion for the field flourished as she delved deeper into the intricacies of marketing. Our TME team’s collaborative nature, the creative content we create, and the fulfillment derived from our work all serve as continuous sources of motivation and passion.
Marketing is an ever-evolving landscape with numerous facets. Alyssa recognizes and respects the vast array of talented professionals who cover every inch of digital, print, and face-to-face marketing.

Of course, no profession is without its pet peeves, and for Alyssa, it’s the realm of font choices and poor grammar. While not claiming to be the grammar police, she finds it frustrating to encounter basic-level grammatical errors in marketing materials and communications. Attention to detail in language and typography remains a cornerstone of her work.
Regarding aesthetic preferences, Alyssa finds choosing a single favorite color combination challenging. Green and blue evoke a sense of tranquility, while dusty pink, gray, and white offer an air of sophistication. Combining oranges in various shades, particularly burnt oranges and deep reds, also appeals to her artistic sensibilities. The possibilities are endless, and Alyssa revels in the opportunity to blend colors to create captivating visuals.
Beyond the realm of work, Alyssa seeks solace in the pages of books. A voracious reader since childhood, she fondly recalls an earnest attempt to surpass a fellow student’s record for Accelerated Reader points—an endeavor that landed her in second place, but only because the first place winner lived without the distractions of a TV. Painting furniture and general crafting are two other interests that have taken a backseat recently due to the demands of both work and parenthood.
